About this service
Summary
Whether you're looking to turn your innovative business idea into a reality, or revolutionize the user experience of an existing one...
...you've come to the right place.
As a seasoned UX/UI & Digital Product Designer that has innovated with businesses as small as startups and as large as Fortune 500s, I've been able to develop a well-rounded skill set for game-changing user experiences & digital interface design -- across various industries -- allowing me to assist with all your digital product/interface needs across desktop apps, iOS/Android apps, responsive web, embedded software, SaaS, and e-commerce platforms.
Leveraging Tools of Tomorrow, for Immersive Experiences Today
Always aspiring to create the most value for my clients as we innovate together, my design process has expanded from the usual tool belt consisting of apps like Figma, ProtoPie, Framer, and various Adobe Creative Suite apps to now leveraging emerging A.I. technology for optimized workflow efficiency, pushing creative boundaries with next-level deliverable assets, and facilitating better experiences for clients and users alike.
"So where do we start?"
That's a great question! I'd be happy to answer.
Introduction (Early Discovery Phase)
1.1 To kick things off, we'll begin with obtaining some general information regarding the future product or product being re-designed, to help me better understand:
A summary of the project or project idea as it currently stands.
Intended project goals/outcomes.
Intended target audience/user base.
(If applicable) desired product identity vs. the existing identity.
Project scope.
Estimated project timeline.
(Alongside the project details for your inquiry, feel free to include any questions you may have for me below the project details, and I'd be happy to answer them upon following up.)
1.2 Upon receiving & reviewing the project information, as well as the best way to contact you, I'll then be able to compose the first draft of the project brief, containing a proposed partitioning of work (with respect to the mentioned timeline), any package adjustment estimates (based on varying project complexity), and a preliminary list of project deliverables (determined by the prior provided information).
Following the completion of the draft, we'll arrange for a call shortly after to fill in any gaps in clarity, align on the project scope deliverables/minimum viable product (MVP), and proceed to finalize the project brief as the project's governing document.
1.3 With the completion of the project brief and the MVP set, research phase of the project formally kicks off.
