What's included

  • Service Level Agreement

    We work with a ticketing system and deliver 72 tickets per working day. You will be able to receive constant updates via email throughout the day while we are working on those tickets. You will also be given access to the ticketing system to check the complete threads and work done.

  • What channels do you support

    We support all the main support channels including phone, email, live chat on your website and social media.

  • How do you provide support via these channels

    You will be giving us access to your channels whether its Instagram, Facebook, live chat or mailbox and once we have access we can commence our work. Most of these accesses can be done via Facebook Business manager and inside the settings of your live chat client and your mailboxes

  • Do you provide phone support

    Yes most certainly. Please do keep in mind to contact us well in advance for phone support as the phone systems need to be configured according to your business needs.
