FAQs
Good projects take time. Speaking from our team’s experience, simple projects may take weeks, while a full app can take months.
We craft product roadmaps with a data-driven and collaborative approach. They include workshops with key stakeholders, analysis of the competitors, user persona development, prioritization of the features, and iterative planning. We can always make the roadmaps tailored to each project.
We establish key performance indicators (KPIs) at the outset of each project, aligned with the client's business goals and product objectives. Common metrics we track include user engagement (time spent on-site, session duration, and feature usage), conversion rates (e.g., signing up for a service, making a purchase), task completion rate, user satisfaction, retention, frequency of user errors or failures, adherence to WCAG standards of accessibility, etc. We provide regular progress reports on each of the metrics.
We evaluate whether building a custom design system or using an existing one (e.g., Material Design, Ant Design) is the most appropriate choice. If the project calls for a custom design system, we develop it using a component-based approach.
