First, please get in touch and help me understand your project. I would like to address it right from the beginning to provide a high value to you. Specifically, it would be helpful to know:

How long will the expected collaboration hours be (for example, 10 hours per week for 3 months)

I will reply to your message as soon as possible with what I can offer at the moment. If we decided to proceed with it, I will set up a one-to-one conversation with you to discuss how we can plan things out that are best aligned with your goals for the project.

After the conversation, I will send you a checklist of work packages with planned deliverables, curated specifically for the project. I will also provide you with a transparent overview of my service rate and availability.

From there, we can discuss further to refine the details. When it is good to go, I will send you a work contract to kickstart our collaboration.

When the contract is signed and the initial payment is made into the Contra escrow, I will begin working based on the agreed-upon checklist. We can always discuss things during the project duration.

Every step of the way, I will send you respective deliverables for your review. After making the necessary iterations, the work package will be finalized. I will then send you an invoice for payment. We can also have a post-project review session to improve things for the success of your next project goals.
