What's included

• User Research (optional if not done already by the client)

  Depending on the project needs and the time scope I will conduct User Research using appropriate methods like Interviews, Secondary Research, or Netnography, etc. The results will be presented in an actionable format.

• Problem definition (optional if not already done by the client)

  Based on the research the core problems to be solved by the product are defined.

• Ideation

  Possible solutions are generated and examined. This can happen by myself or in a guided workshop.

• Concept creation

  Based on the picked solutions I create the information architecture, navigation systems, wireframes, and prototypes to bring the idea to life.

• User Testing

  I conduct Usability testing to iterate on the first draft of the concept to ensure the concept is well received by the target audience.
