My process involves a deep dive into research and analysis, where I gather insights into the problem at hand, user behaviors, and market trends. From there, I use my design skills to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that will guide the development process.

What's included
User Research (optional if not done already by the client)
Depending on the project needs and the time scope I will conduct User Research using appropriate methods like Interviews, Secondary Research, or Netnography, etc.
The results will be presented in an actionable format.
Problem definition (optional if not already done by the client)
Based on the research the core problems to be solved by the product are defined.
Ideation
Possible solutions are generated and examined. This can happen by myself or in a guided workshop.
Concept creation
Based on the picked solutions I create the information architecture, navigation systems, wireframes, and prototypes to bring the idea to life.
User Testing
I conduct Usability testing to iterate on the first draft of the concept to ensure the concept is well received by the target audience.
