Starter — $600, 5 days (about 8 hours of work): One n8n workflow for a single task (for example triaging incoming e-mail or saving form data to a sheet), set up on your n8n instance, tested and documented.

Standard — $1,800, 14 days (about 24 hours of work): An AI workflow with the OpenAI or Claude API: extraction or classification, validation rules, a human-review step and a connection to one business system (sheet, CRM or ERP), with error handling.

Advanced — $4,500, 30 days (about 60 hours of work): Automation of a complete business process: several connected workflows, integrations with two or three systems, prompts tested against your examples, human-in-the-loop checks, logging and hand-over documentation.

How it works: a written plan first, then milestones on a test environment with written updates, testing and adjustments, and a hand-over of the documentation. I work async-first in writing.
