• Discovery phase

  Secondary research, reading the previous documentation on the subject. Audit of the current system.

• End user focus

  Discuss with stakeholders to define the end user, requirements to participate in the study.

• Measurables

  I will propose measurable KPIs and we will decide which ones are relevant to the business: SUS, NPS, Time on task, Use of navigation vs. search, User error rates, Drop-off rates, Conversion rates.

• Define research areas and methods

  Based on my assessment I will propose some methodologies.

• Set goals

  After considering the business goals, we will decide on research goals and deliverables, followed by the script, survey or other methods needed.

• User research

  Performing the research itself.

• Reports

  Generating the reports based on the deliverables we agreed upon.
