There isn't a general or templated service I offer due to the nature of every team and project requiring a different subset of skills with different budgets. During the initial consult, we'll chat more to understand and work out different requirements, scope, and will be clear if I do not think I'm the right design partner for your team.
What's included
Product design
Depending on whether you're looking for an embedded product designer for discovery on research to production, a designer to explore product directions conceptually, or a designer for an end-to-end feature on www or native devices — the scope will easily vary. The more ambiguous the project, I would generally suggest for teams to partner on retainer basis so there's room to ask questions and even pivot where necessary. The more scoped and finite a PRD is defined, the easier it is to work with a PD for end-to-end features.
Systems design
It's more common for start ups in their seed or early A to have product architecture that is either outgrown, bloated, dated, not working and needs a re-assessment. This where constructing a new design system makes sense where the product interface and interaction patterns are all taken a deeper look at to ensure they communicate effectively.
Iconography
This is usually needed for product interfaces on web or mobile. Hand off is offered in line art all in vector and expanded through figma unless asked otherwise.
