About this service

Summary

So, you already have a product design built (SaaS, Mobile App, Web app, or even a Website)?
And you already have the design for it in Figma, but the Figma file itself is messy, without a proper component library?
Welcome! You've come to the right place.
I am here to do 2 main things for you:
Tidy up your whole Figma design file
Build a new and fully complete Design System
**BONUS: While I'm re-creating each component, I can propose a new and improved version of the design elements that look outdated or not in line with the UI of the rest of the components.

Process

Discovery Call: In this first meeting, we'll chat and note down your project needs, goals and expectations. We'll go through your design files and see what needs to be done in order for me to give you a correct time estimation and price.
Access to your Files: In order for me to start working, I'll need edit-role access to all your Figma design files for your product
Files Re-Organization - Tidy up: Once I get access, the first step I do is get your files tidied up, reorganized, put everything where it needs to be, and title every single iteration and group of elements - in order for me to be prepared to build the Design System.
Components Documentation (Breakdown): At this stage, once all of your files are clean and organized, I start documenting and separating all unique component elements and their states in a separate page. Once I'm done with the documentation - I'm hopping on a call with you (and your team if needed) in order to see what components need to be cut down, what need to be refined and what component-states are really needed or not.
Design System Creation: After finalizing the documentation, now I have everything I need and I'm working on building your design system / component library. As I finish each group of components, I will be tagging you in the file in order for you to take a look and approve if everything is good with that particular group of components.
Final Review and Tour: Once the design system fully complete, we're hopping on a call with you and your design and dev team to make a final review, and for me to make a tour around the whole design system file, as well as advice and instructions on how to use the components in order to save you time and effort in the future.
Hand-off: Once everything's clear around the work I've done - I no longer need access to your files, meaning I've automatically handed over everything you need - and we'll officially done ✅🤝

  • Why isn't there a price?

    This project is the most dependent one and the price varies a lot. It depends on how many design files you have, how complex your design is and the number of components and variations you have. How messy your files are as well. All of this comes into place for me to be able to form an ideal price for you.
