How long does a Logo & Visual Identity project take?
Typically, these packages can take up to 5-7 weeks, depending on the scope. As these creative projects are not easy to give on fixed timelines, I only can give indications, as all projects are different in their difficulties and challenges to tackle. Rush options are available for an additional fee, however not always preferred as they may affect creativity when pushed too hard.
What’s included in the Logo & Visual Identity package?
You’ll receive the final logo in all necessary formats for print and digital use, along with a micro style guide if requested. It also includes a color code list to keep brand consistency along with a final presentation file that includes mockups for brand usage representation.
Can I request custom design packages?
Absolutely! I’m happy to discuss and tailor a package to fit your specific needs.
Do you offer refunds?
The initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it covers the time spent on research and concept development.
What happens if I need revisions?
Revisions based on feedback are included within the agreed scope. In the Logo & Visual Identity package, I'll offer unlimited revisions. However, they need to stay realistic and reachable. I always stay 100% honest if I think there is no potential to proceed with revisions on a specific concept.
Can you work on a tighter deadline?
Yes, I can accommodate shorter timelines with a rush fee. Let’s discuss your deadline before starting. This option is not always preferred as it may affect creativity when pushed too hard. It's important to keep the outcome quality in mind. Therefore I am always happy to talk about what is optional for both of us.
Do you provide all the necessary files?
Yes, I’ll deliver source files in multiple formats ready for print and digital use.
How do I get in touch to start a project?

What is your payment process?
A 50% deposit is required to begin, and the remaining 50% is due upon final approval before delivery.
Do you offer ongoing brand design services?

5 Logo Concept Presentations
I present 5 concept directions and offer a more flexible concept-variation process. Meaning; that I'll be including multiple concepts within each presentation focusing on several similar concept explorations and approach variations.
Flexible Concept Revisions
Revisions are flexible within this premium package. Meaning; unlimited revisions, unless I cannot share the realistic vision within a specific concept to have the potential to work. I always stay 100% honest and do my best to make the best possible design for my clients.
Color Palette + Typography Suggestions
I include a color code palette document along with suggested fonts to use within the brand.
Micro Styleguide Document
Simular to a usual brand style guide, but more compact and focused on the main important elements within a brand system. A 2-page document sharing all details, examples of logo usage, colors, typography, and technical guides to use to keep the brand consistent and cohesive.
Mockups
Real-world applications (e.g., business cards, social media, stationery). This often helps to visually understand how the designs work on real-world applications.
High-resolution files for Web and Print usage
I deliver all required source files so you can start using your new logo in no time. If needed, I can also include several custom file formats other than the usual.
