FAQs
Most clients begin seeing initial insights within the first 30 days, and measurable conversion improvements within one to three months. CRO is a continual process, so results compound as more tests run and learnings build over time.
No. If you already have tools in place, I integrate with your current setup. If not, I will recommend suitable platforms based on your needs and help with the full setup and configuration.
All tests are prioritised using an impact versus effort framework. This ensures we focus on experiments that have strong potential to improve revenue with realistic implementation requirements.
Even unsuccessful tests provide valuable insights. If a variation underperforms, I document the learnings, adjust the hypothesis and use the findings to inform future tests. Every experiment contributes to a stronger optimisation strategy.
No. All experiments are implemented in a way that keeps your user experience stable and consistent. I perform quality checks before anything goes live to ensure smooth operation and accurate tracking.
No. While button colour tests can be useful in specific situations, they are only a tiny part of a much wider CRO approach. I focus on high impact opportunities across multiple layers including page layout, messaging, value propositions, user psychology, friction points, pricing clarity and overall site experience. The goal is to identify meaningful changes that influence behaviour, improve margins and drive measurable revenue growth.
CRO testing tools can increase load times, but typically most CRO tools do a pretty good job at providing light-weight and fast loading scripts to run their experiments. That said, incremental revenue driven through experimentation usually outweighs small potential increases in load times. If you're concerned we can suggest tools known for very fast load times to help mitigate this further.
At minimum for running experimentation I recommend 10k/mo sessions. This allows enough volume to evaluate test effectiveness. That said, depending on conversion volume, tests may take longer to conclude statistically significant results. It's technically possible to run experiments on lower traffic than sites than this, but test cycles will tend to be longer and lower velocity. If you're unsure, please message and we can discuss your unique situation.
