Process

1️⃣ Kickoff Call – Understanding Your Needs
We’ll start with a 30-60 min consultation call (or a detailed form if you prefer async) to discuss your goals, pain points, and what you want to achieve with Notion. I’ll also suggest best practices based on your industry.
2️⃣ Workspace Review & Strategy (If Applicable)
If you already have a Notion setup, I’ll analyze what’s working and what’s not. If we’re starting from scratch, I’ll draft a workspace strategy based on your needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient system.
3️⃣ Initial Build – Bringing the Structure to Life
I’ll create the first working version of your Notion system, focusing on functionality, structure, and automation. This includes setting up databases, dashboards, and workflows tailored to your workflow.
4️⃣ First Review – Testing & Feedback
You’ll explore the system and give feedback. We’ll check if everything feels intuitive, aligns with your workflow, and tweak any necessary adjustments before refining further.
5️⃣ Refinement & Enhancements
Based on your feedback, I’ll enhance the system, adding missing features, improving usability, and optimizing automation. At this stage, I also work on the efficiency and navigation of the workspace.
6️⃣ Final Review – Last Adjustments
Before the handover, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything works perfectly. This is your chance to request last-minute tweaks before we finalize the system.
7️⃣ Tutorials, Walkthrough & Handover
I’ll provide video walkthroughs, written guides, and a live session (if needed) to ensure you and your team can use and manage the system effectively. I’ll also be available for a limited period of post-handover support in case you need minor adjustments or clarifications.
