Refund policy: The 50% deposit is fully refundable until I deliver the first draft. Each package includes two revision rounds; if it still isn't right after those, I refund 50% of the remaining balance. No refunds based on email results.

Timeline: 10 business days from deposit + brief. Drafts by day 6, 2 days for your revisions, final Klaviyo-ready copy by day 10. All in writing, no calls.
