Clinicians lose hours to notes, intake forms and paperwork. I build AI that drafts the work and keeps a human in charge of every decision.
Clinical notes: dictation or transcripts become SOAP or structured notes, with suggested ICD-10 codes for the provider to approve.
Patient intake: forms, referrals and faxed documents become structured data in your system.
Standards-ready: FHIR R4 export, so data moves into EHRs and other tools.
Safety by design: the AI drafts and a clinician signs. Audit trails log every output, and validators check drafts against source data before anyone sees them.
What you get: a deployed workflow in your cloud, an accuracy report on de-identified samples, audit logging, and handover docs.
Proof: I built NeuroSight, a brain MRI research platform with 3D lesion segmentation, a hallucination validator for report drafts, SHA-256-sealed audit IDs and FHIR R4 export. I also built Kyron, a voice-to-SOAP-note clinical scribe.
FAQs
Is it HIPAA compliant? I build on HIPAA-eligible services (AWS or GCP, with model providers that sign a BAA). Encryption, access control and audit logs come by default. Your organisation’s compliance review and BAAs remain your responsibility.
Does the AI make clinical decisions? No. It drafts, a licensed clinician reviews and signs, and nothing is final without approval.
Can we start without real patient data? Yes. I prototype on synthetic or de-identified data first, and real PHI only enters once your agreements are in place.
Which EHRs? Integration through FHIR APIs where the EHR supports them. I confirm feasibility for yours in week one.
