Creative Brief
At the beginning of the project, I will typically provide a creative brief that outlines the project's objectives, target audience, key messaging, tone of voice, and any other relevant information. This helps ensure both the client and I are on the same page regarding the project's direction.
Copy documents.
The main deliverable in copywriting is the written copy itself. This could include: Website Copy: I will deliver compelling and persuasive text for various web pages, such as the homepage, product/service descriptions, about page, and contact page. Advertising Copy: For ad campaigns, I will provide engaging and attention-grabbing copy for different ad formats, such as print ads, online banners, social media ads, or video scripts. Sales Letters or Email Campaigns: If the project involves direct marketing, I will create persuasive sales letters or email campaigns designed to generate leads or drive conversions. Brochures or Flyers: For print materials, I will deliver well-crafted copies for brochures, flyers, or other marketing collateral.
Headlines and Taglines.
Catchy headlines and memorable taglines play a crucial role in marketing. I will provide a selection of compelling headlines or taglines that align with the client's brand and resonate with the target audience.
Proofreading and Editing.
As part of your services, I will ensure the copy is free of grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies. I will deliver the edited and polished copy, ready for implementation.
SEO recommendations.
If the client requires search engine optimization (SEO) for their copy, I will provide keyword research, suggestions for incorporating relevant keywords naturally, and recommendations for optimizing the content for better search engine visibility.
Style Guide and brand Guidlines.
If the project involves maintaining consistency with the client's brand, I will create a style guide or brand guidelines that outline the preferred writing style, voice, tone, and any specific brand-related guidelines to ensure consistency across various copy elements.
