Step one: Initial Meeting/Discovery Session:

Gather information about your industry, target audience, and previous PR efforts.
Collaborate to define clear and measurable PR objectives aligned with your overall business goals.
Finally, we will determine the timeline, budget, tools, and technology needed to execute your PR strategy effectively.
Step two: Development & Feedback 
Develop a tailored PR strategy that outlines key tactics, messaging, target audiences, media channels, and a timeline for achieving the set goals.
Identify relevant media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers suited to your industry and target audience.
Develop content, such as press releases, articles or blog posts, aligned with the PR strategy.
Plan the distribution of content across various channels, including traditional media, social media, websites, and relevant platforms.
Upon delivering the finalized media strategy, I will deliver it to you for feedback and implement any edits or suggestions prior to initiating media outreach. 
Step three: Execution & Analysis 
Initiate media outreach, pitching story ideas, press releases, and other content to secure media coverage.
Track media coverage, sentiment analysis, audience engagement, and campaign performance metrics.
Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports, highlighting the PR campaign's progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Finally, analyze feedback, learnings, and results from the PR efforts to refine strategies and tactics for your future campaigns.
