I have 26 years experience across technology and business solution functions in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain. My core skills are around:

Through my consulting and delivery focus, I have participated in various projects that have benefited organizations of all sizes.  Let me take a few examples.  

I have been associated with a full-service broker based out of Mumbai for over the last couple of years.  I have helped them switch out of a defocused trading platform onto a new and upcoming one.  I have worked with them to move from a local and on-prem based email setup onto Google Workspace, an integrated full-suite collaboration platform.  I have handheld their public cloud journey.  I have also taken them through a comprehensive information security journey from devices to user identity.  I continue to mentor their application and infra groups on a weekly basis, with continuing focus on portal, customer service, disaster recovery, network topography, etc.  

During 2021-22, I have also headlined the implementation of a revamped data warehouse project for a top five broking firm.  Prior to that I delivered an RPA based testing automation POC on Fidessa for a South East Asia based global capital markets firm.  I have also architected and implemented a Near Real Time data warehouse for a top seven bank - this is a pioneering concept with huge potential.  

I was also part of the SEBI Working Group on Technical Glitches at Stock Brokers, where I co-authored a blueprint covering API based monitoring, capacity parameters, automated software testing and functional DR.  This would cover both brokers and exchanges.
