2. Can you convert PDFs or screenshots into Excel ?
Yes. If your data exists only in PDF, screenshot, or image format, I will extract it and convert it into a properly structured Excel or Google Sheet — as long as the content is clearly visible.
3. What does your $45 fixed-rate package include ?
The fixed-rate package includes cleaning and formatting for one dataset (up to 300 rows) OR up to 2 PDF pages, completed with standardized formatting, error corrections, and logical structure.
4. How accurate will the cleaned data be ?
All cleaned datasets go through a validation process that includes duplicate checks, error correction, format standardization, and consistency verification. Accuracy and reliability are my top priorities.
5. Can you fix incorrectly formatted dates, numbers, or text ?
Yes. I normalize inconsistent values such as mixed date formats, irregular number formats, extra spaces, incorrect casing, and misaligned text entries.
6. Do you support formula setup in the cleaned file ?
Yes. I can add basic formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and conditional formatting if needed. For advanced automation, a custom offer can be provided.
7. Can you clean large datasets as well ?
Yes — larger datasets are supported through a custom quote. The fixed-rate package only covers light workloads, but I can scale based on your project size.
8. Will the final spreadsheet be professionally formatted ?
Absolutely. I deliver spreadsheets with consistent fonts, aligned columns, proper headers, organized grouping, and clean formatting that is ready for reporting or presentation.
9. What do you need from me to start the cleaning process ?
Please provide the raw data files (PDF/Excel/CSV/screenshots), any preferred column order or sample format, and details about how you plan to use the cleaned data.
10. Can you combine multiple small datasets in one order ?
Yes, as long as the combined workload fits within the defined limit. If your datasets exceed the fixed-rate scope, I will guide you to the correct pricing option.
11. How do you ensure data confidentiality ?
All files are handled securely within private workspaces. No data is shared externally, and strict confidentiality is maintained throughout the project.
12. Do you offer ongoing or repeated data-cleaning support ?
