“Caroline is a talented writer, team player, and excellent communicator. For over a year, we worked closely together on a wide range of assignments, where she successfully took over project management while also writing all the content. From long-form articles to social media and a wide range of marketing materials, Caroline proved that no task was too big or too small, navigating tone of voice for each project with impeccable knowledge and timeliness. Caroline is truly someone you want on your team. From her positive outlook to her dedication to the work, I can’t recommend her enough as a great writer, team member, and collaborator.”

Process

1. Project Kickoff Client sends the draft (Word, Google Doc, or PDF) along with any style preferences, brand tone notes, or goals for the piece (e.g., more formal, punchier, etc.).
2. Initial Review I read through the full piece to assess structure, flow, clarity, grammar, and alignment with your goals.
3. In-Document Edits I edit directly in the document using Track Changes (or Suggesting Mode in Google Docs), refining sentence structure, correcting grammar, tightening wordiness, and preserving your voice.
4. Editorial Summary Along with your edited doc, I’ll send a brief summary of what was changed and why—plus a few quick tips or highlights to keep in mind for future drafts.
5. Delivery of Final Files You’ll receive two versions:
One with edits tracked
One clean, ready-to-publish version
6. Optional Revisions Includes one round of post-delivery revisions within 5 business days, based on your feedback.
7. Project Wrap-Up Once approved, I archive the project, and we high-five virtually. You’re welcome to book again anytime—hope to work with you again soon!
