• We Start Planning

  On this stage we sit down and we develop a clear and concise overview of a project. With a focus on the essential details, this format helps ensure everyone involved in the project is aware of key elements and that the project remains on track. It includes elements such as the project driver, approver, objective, due dates, key outcomes, and status, as well as reference materials and a problem statement. This ensures that people who work with the startup take ownership and accountability to define their own tasks and objectives. The project scope is clearly defined with separate sections for must-have, nice-to-have, and not-in-scope items. Milestones and deadlines are also tracked, with updates on the current status of the project. This format provides all the information necessary for successful project management and goal achievement. • Constant Meetings/Communication Note Idea Board

  This page serves as a central location for non-urgent meeting notes that require further discussion in a face-to-face setting.
