Process

Before we begin designing, you'll receive my welcome guide which outlines exactly what to expect during our time working together. It also includes some FAQs along with instructions on how to use our project management system (it's super easy, I promise!), where we will communicate about our project, leave inspiration and feedback, and keep up to date with exactly where we are in our process. You'll then receive a short research questionnaire so that we can make the most of our time during our Brand Discovery Workshop.

Next, we'll kick things off with my Brand Discovery Workshop, where we’ll jump on a video call to define your project goals, ways to connect with your audience and visual inspiration to guide us through the design process. I'll walk us through some exercises to help think of your brand in a way that will connect your mission (and what makes you special) with your audience. I'll use the results of our workshop to put together a moodboard to help illustrate how we can bring your brand's approach to life, and once it's approved, I'll begin developing logo concepts that are attractive, speak to your audience and connect with your brand story.

From there, I’ll present my 3 strongest concepts, each highlighting a different aspect of your business. Together, we’ll narrow it down to 1 or 2 concepts that we will refine to incorporate your feedback, resulting in a final logo that aligns with your brand’s mission.

Once the final identity is approved, I will provide you with all of your final files, organized and clearly labeled for use. We'll have a quick post project call to wrap up any questions you may have, I'll give you some pointers on how to use all the different file types and we can discuss potential next steps for your brand's upcoming design needs, whether it is for print, packaging, web or social media!

3 Logo Concepts to select from w/ Strategic Visual Approach
I’ll develop visual solutions that are attractive, speak to your audience and connect with your brand story. Insights from our conversations, your competitors and target audience are built into each concept.
Secondary Logo + Abbreviated Logo
Your secondary logo provides flexibility for a range of logo applications (for example, a horizontal version for a vertical primary logo). Your abbreviated logo can be used in smaller places, such as a social media profile or a web favicon.
Color Palette + Typography Pairing
You'll receive a cohesive, customized color palette that represents your brand's personality and energy, along with a pair of font selections that work together to address a range of hierarchy and application needs.

Final Files
Your final files for your selected/developed logos and any developed graphic elements will be organized and clearly labeled, including each industry-standard format necessary to reproduce in print, production and digital means at any scale.
