What if I dont have a 3D file of my product ?
I can still deliver the service but I would need to have good references that I could use for modelling and textureing. Will it increase the budget, yes depending on the complexity of the model and materials.
How long does a project normally take from start to delivery
The most common one is up to 2 weeks but its depends of course of the amount of work the clients takes so 2 to 4 weeks I would say
