Summary
What's included
Print-Ready Design Files
High-resolution digital files in the appropriate format (e.g., PDF, EPS) that are ready for direct printing without any additional adjustments.
Bleed and Crop Marks - If Needed
Design files with bleed and crop marks to ensure accurate and seamless printing and trimming of the final materials.
Multiple File Formats - Optional
Provide the design in various file formats, such as PDF, EPS, and AI, to accommodate different printing requirements and software compatibility.
Color Specifications
Clearly define the color mode (CMYK or Pantone) and provide color swatches for accurate reproduction of the design's colors.
Packaged or Outlined
Include the font files used in the design or convert all text elements to outlines to prevent font-related issues during printing.
Image Assets
Supply any images or graphics used in the design in their original high-resolution format, ensuring optimal print quality. These will either be embedded or zipped in a links folder. If asset is created in InDesign, a packaged folder will be supplied.
Proof Copies - Optional
A physical or digital proof of the design for the client's review and approval before final production. This is optional only if you need me to submit artwork to the printer.
Bonus - Print Recommendations
Provide guidance on the best printing methods, paper types, and finishes to achieve the desired quality and effect.
Packaging Design
For product-related print designs, include dielines and mockups for packaging materials to visualize the final product.
