Process

Designing a logo is always a team effort; I work with clients, not just for them. When we collaborate, you bring the deep knowledge of your business, and I bring my design expertise, so together we create a brand identity that's both functional and memorable. I believe in regular check-ins every 3 to 4 days during the creative process, ensuring we’re always aligned and making quick, meaningful tweaks early on. This means the final logo isn't a surprise; it's a reflection of our shared vision, shaped by your input and my craft at every stage.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
Discovery Call: We’ll start with a quick session so I can hear your story, talk strategy, and get a clear understanding of what you want from your logo.
Moodboarding & Direction: Together, we’ll review inspiration and select a creative direction that fits your goals and feels right for your brand.
Concept Sketching: I’ll create initial sketches based on our chosen direction, exploring different ways to express your brand visually.
Concept Finalisation: We’ll pick the most promising logo ideas from the sketches and start developing them further.
Refinement: You choose your favourite concepts, and I’ll refine them—this is where small tweaks happen quickly as we meet every few days to review progress.
Lockups & System Design: Once the main logo is set, I’ll create secondary marks and establish your logo’s lockup system for versatile, real-world use.
Colour & Typography: We’ll finalise a unique colour palette and typography that work seamlessly with your new logo.
Delivery: You’ll receive all logo files in every format you’ll need, plus a mini usage guide, so your branding always looks sharp—everywhere.

  • How many logo concepts do you provide?

    I share 2-3 original concepts based on our chosen creative direction.

  • How long will the process take?

    The logo package usually wraps up in about two-three week from kickoff, thanks to our regular check-ins.

  • Can I request revisions?

    Absolutely! Two rounds of revisions and small tweaks are fine and will be included. The way I operate, I’ve never actually needed to use both revisions for any client project so far.

  • Are the logos custom-made or from templates?

    Every logo I make is drawn from scratch; no templates, ever. Your brand gets a mark that's truly unique.

  • What file formats will I receive?

    You'll get your logo in PNG, SVG, PDF, and EPS, so it's ready for web, print, and everything in between.

  • How do we communicate and review progress?

    We’ll hop on a video call every 3-4 days during the design phase; so you’re always in the loop and can make changes early.

  • Can you match my existing brand colors or fonts?

    Of course! Just let me know your preferences and I’ll build your new logo system around them.
