Summary

Offering good designs are not enough in web development as the websites have to be functional, else the customers of the client are not going to stay around for long. So, treat your users with the UI and UX that they deserve! Our goal is to make websites that work as they are supposed to while also being pleasing to the eyes.

Process

Our workflow is divided into small steps so that the client can grasp the overall progress of the project. This is both easy to manage and predict the end goal. The steps are as followed:

Project Proposal: Discussion regarding the needs and demands of the client over a call (preferably on Google Meet). After coming to a mutual understanding, a simple and short Project Initialization Form is required to be filled up by the client at the beginning of the project.

Gathering of Inspiration: The client is to provide us with designs that they think would go along with their vision. This helps the designers further understand the design requirements. These can be images that they like, texts that inspired them, anything at all.

Research & Analysis: This step is all about researching the needs of the client. Sometimes what the client wants is not actually what he needs to make the website successful in the long run. These analysis parts come to play at this stage. Sometimes the client needs to do something extra to stand out of the crowd by introducing or deducting some functionalities. We suggest all of these in this step.

Mapping the Sitemap: This step's end goal is to present the client with the sitemap of the website. This helps the client visualize the entire scope of the website and how it will connect screen to screen.

Charting User Flows: User flow analysis takes the friction out of what the user wants to do and them actually doing it. It helps immensely with conversion rates as this removes unnecessary barriers between actions. We provide user flow analysis for a few of your most important tasks (ex. from clicking on an item in an ecommerce website to the checkout)

Sketching Wireframes: Wireframes are a great way to quickly iterate over the designs and make up the end result of the website in your mind. These are provided to the user after the prementioned steps. Usually, the final wireframe is done within 2-3 iterations.

Defining the Design Systems: Design systems are essential for a coherent end result. Without proper design systems, the design looks messy and unprofessional. This usually includes the typography, colors, even Figma components or any other guidelines/styles used in the project.

Developing High Fidelity UI in Figma: This step holds by far the most weight for the developers as clean and easily understandable designs are a joy to replicate in code. We provide the Figma UI designs with all the standard requirements such as using reusable components and variants, using color and font styles.

Framer Development (UI): This step is all about implementing the UI elements of the website. Not functional but implementing the static pages of the website.

Framer Development (CMS): Connecting the Database. If the client has an already existing database, shift the database into framer's CMS.

Final Review: The final tweaks and adjustments are done over a final call with the client before handing over the Figma and other necessary files.

Project Delivery: A Framer's Remix link will be sent to the client. This can be used to duplicate the project

Support: We want to create good experiences and strong bonds. We are always here for our clients. Even after the handover, we do out best to provide long term support consultation. We can even help out with the development process through our connections with developers.

FAQs

How long will the entire process take?
About 20 working days. The design takes up a fair bit of time as this is where we have to figure out what the client's needs are, analyze them and then create a good-looking design and web layout. This process should not take more than 10 working days. After the design, the Framer implementation should be done within 7 working days, The rest are for final review, handover and post-handover tweaks.
Do you do Motion Graphics?
No. We are focused on delivering Figma Designs and Framer Websites. But, we are open to implement any videos/gifs.
Is the Brand Identity included within the package?
We recommend going to a brand designer before starting the project as this is not our focus. But we can help you with minimal logo designs, color palette selection etc.
Can you do 3D animations with 3D Models?
If you want simple 3d models (ex. icons), we can help you out with that. But that would cost extra and it will be discussed in the initial meeting.
Can I skip the extra steps and just go directly to the Framer development instead??
We do not recommend you to do so, but sure, why not? You may even have your research, wireframes, designs and everything else ready, we will still do the job for you.

What's included

Research & Analysis
This varies project to project. But usually it may include researching the target customer, main goals of the website, strengths and weaknesses of competitors through competitive analysis and so on.
Sitemap
The sitemap of the website shows the connectivity of the individual screens. It helps both the client and the designers to create basic interaction before fully diving in the high fidelity UI design of the website
User Flow
User flows are all about minimizing the unnecessary steps between an action that the user wants to perform. While this is good for simplifying the website and getting rid of unnecessary features that waste time, it is also proven to improve conversion rates
Wireframes
Barebones wireframe of the website helps the client and the designer to come to agreements quickly in terms of actions and the looks. It wastes minimal time and vastly improves the end result. Wireframes are excellent to point out the misunderstandings between clients and designers, figuring out what the client actually wants.
Design Systems
This usually includes typography styles, color palette, Images (free), Figma Components (ex. buttons, checkboxes etc. with their variants) etc. If anything else used in the final design, you can rest assured that it will be provided to you
High Fidelity UI in Figma
This is the most important deliverable for the clients. This helps convey the final look and feel to them and the developers before starting to code which saves a lot of time in the long run.
Framer Website
The Framer Website will be handed over to the client with full authority to edit and manage
