For a one-person or small appointment business that loses hours to back-and-forth messages and empty slots: mobile groomers, detailers, cleaners, trainers, tutors. Built from my Lovable Challenge app for a one-van dog groomer, adapted to how your business works.
What it does:
Booking page: customers pick a time that fits your rules (which areas you serve on which days, how long each kind of visit takes) and get an instant confirmation and a private link to confirm, reschedule or cancel. English and Spanish, or your two languages.
The evening before: every customer gets a check ("still on? can we get in?"). Visits nobody confirms are released, and each freed slot is offered to the longest-waiting person on your waitlist who fits.
Offers have a deadline: an unanswered offer goes to the next person, and anything still unconfirmed in the morning is released, so you only go to confirmed visits.
Owner dashboard: today's visits, the week, the waitlist and every message sent, on your phone.
Your customers' data is read and written only through the server, never straight from the browser.
How it works: a plan first (your rules, areas, visit types and messages), and nothing is built until you approve it. It is built with Lovable and AI coding agents under my review, on your own Lovable account, so you own the app and the data. The scheduling rules have automated tests.
Price: $499 for the first 3 clients (in exchange for an honest review), then $999. Invoiced once it is live on your account and you have approved it.
Limits:
One business and one booking flow; up to two languages.
Real text messages are not built yet: the demo shows the messages it would send. Sending by SMS needs your own SMS provider account (you pay its fees), and I would build that connection for you as part of the job; say if you want email instead.
The evening and morning steps run from a demo clock in the demo; running them on a schedule is part of the setup.
