This exclusive Brand In a Week package is designed for businesses eager to make a swift launch and achieve outstanding results with top-notch quality in no time!

Process

01. INQUIRY: For our on-boarding process, we ask a series of questions to understand your business, this is one of the most important stages as it provides me with the information I need to develop your perfect brand identity.
02. DISCOVERY CALL: Once we receive your enquiry form we like to set up a free discovery call to discuss a bit deeper your target audience and overall business. This gives me more of an understanding of who you are and you get the opportunity to ask any questions.
03. MOODBOARD: Once we receive half the deposit, we begin the fun part – designing. We take all the information you provided for us and we begin to create a mood board. A mood board is an arrangement of images, materials, pieces of text and colour for the purpose of evoking a certain style or concept. During this stage, we create 1-3 mood boards and let you decide the creative direction of your brand.
04. DESIGN: After looking at the moodboard, the next step in the design process is turning the ideas we liked into actual plans. I combine different elements, keeping in mind how easy it is for people to use, how well it works, and how good it looks. I draw and refine the ideas carefully, making sure they match the goals of the project. This creates a plan that shows how things will look, where they will be, and how they will work. Getting feedback during this process to make sure the final design is even better than expected.
05. BRAND GUIDELINES: Your brand wouldn’t be complete if you didn’t know how to use it right?! Which is why we provide all of our clients with a beautifully designed brand style guide. This goes into detail on your whole brand identity. It showcases your logos and explains them in detail and how they can be used in addition to providing superb mockups! We also provide information on typography, colour palette and any additional brand collateral.
06. LAUNCH DAY: Once the designs have been finalised, we will request the final 50% of the investment before we send you all the files you may need for print and on screen. These files will be organised into folders and shared this with you. Along with these files, we will put a Brand Guidelines together for you full of all the information you need about your new branding and how to implement it across your business.

  • WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?

    Following the establishment of brand guidelines through a collaborative process, the journey culminates in an exciting launch day. This pivotal moment unveils the meticulously crafted brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence as it takes center stage in the market. It marks the realization of creative strategy, showcasing the synergy between design decisions and your business goals to captivate the target audience.

  • DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

    Yes, I do. Typically, a minimum of 50% of the package price is required as a deposit to secure and start a project. The balance is required to transfer any high resolution digital files. This is in best practice and done in good faith.

  • WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PROGRESS OF A PROJECT?

    My goal as your designer is to strategically work towards developing branding that you are absolutely in love with and that appeals to your target audience. Should you not be happy with the agreed upon direction or the rate at which the project is progressing - I am extremely open and easy to talk to. Kindly do let me know and we can have a call and chat about your pain points and how best we can alleviate them.

  • CAN YOU JUST DESIGN MY LOGO?

    A single logo cannot capture your entire brand story. For this reason, I am unable to design just a logo for your brand. If you would like to explore more of how we can work together, I am willing and happy to create a unique package for your brand.

  • ARE THERE ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

    It’s important to note that you will be responsible for covering any font licensing should we opt for a commercial font as it has to be under your name in order for you to use it for your business. I also do not cover any product printing or package printing costs. Additionally, should we work on your website, you will be responsible for any subscription costs, additional plugin costs or any third-party fees that may arise based on your desired project needs.
