• Data Collection

  A significant and often most challenging part of AI development is locating and gathering data. I can assist with data acquisition and automate its collection.

• Data Analysis

  After data collection, it is crucial to preprocess and analyze it to gain insights. This involves assessing sparsity, feature correlation, normalization, distribution, label information if available.

• Model Selection

  The model can be developed from scratch using an existing architecture or by utilizing a pre-existing model, which will then be further adapted.

• Model Training and Evaluation

  There are two scenarios: 1. The model is pre-trained: In this case, we will fine-tune it with our dataset using modern validation techniques and automate hyperparameter selection. 2. The model is not pre-trained: Our data will be used to train the model from scratch. Once trained, the model's accuracy will be evaluated to determine if it meets the expectations.

• Report

  The client will receive the final product with instructions on how to run and use it, along with documentations detailing all steps taken throughout the project.
