Model Selection
The model can be developed from scratch using an existing architecture or by utilizing a pre-existing model, which will then be further adapted.
Model Training and Evaluation
There are two scenarios: 1. The model is pre-trained: In this case, we will fine-tune it with our dataset using modern validation techniques and automate hyperparameter selection.
2. The model is not pre-trained: Our data will be used to train the model from scratch. Once trained, the model's accuracy will be evaluated to determine if it meets the expectations.
Report
The client will receive the final product with instructions on how to run and use it, along with documentations detailing all steps taken throughout the project.
