About this service

Summary

As an independent bubble developer, I can provide a full-stack web app with documentation. Documentation includes a scope and user guide. For the app, it includes a user interface and experience design, database structure and security, and integration with third-party services (stripe for payments). Pricing will be set for the project depending on the scope.

Process

There will be an introductory meeting in order the verify that my services are suited to your needs, as well as our respective timelines. Once we are in agreement, we will have extended meetings to build the scope document. The scope document will include a schedule for delivery of project milestones and final delivery. Once the scope and schedule have been finalized, development of the app will begin. If the project is divided into milestones, there will be milestone deliveries to allow testing. For example, week 1 milestone testing will be conducted by the client in week 2 while milestone 2 is being developed during the same week. Testing will be based on the user guide provided for the milestone delivered. This process is to continue until all milestones are complete and the final hand-off can take place. Payments can be structured according to the project scope, either 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, or on a milestone-basis. For example, the first payment would be for the scope development, the second payment would be for building the app or its first milestone, etc.

Can I add more features?
Once the scope document has been approved and development of the app begins, minor features will be considered for inclusion at the developer's discretion. Major features can be scoped following the completion of the current scope.

What's included

Bubble app
The app will be built on the bubble platform under the developer's account. Depending on the scale of the scope, the live version of the app will be updated based on the timeline defined in the scope document. This would be intended for testing and debugging of scope milestones during the development phase before final hand-off once the app is complete.
Scope document
A complete scope document detailing the pages, features, and flows of the webapp. It will be the reference material used for building, testing, and final delivery. This will be the starting point before building of the app begins. It will also be used to document other material, such as future functions or other notes. This document will be hosted online to remain accessible at anytime by all parties.
User guide
A guide for using the app will be provided, detailing the steps app users must take in order to use the app successfully. It can be one or more documents that coincides with the scope's milestones. It will be hosted online to remain accessible anytime by all parties.
