For the app, it includes a user interface and experience design, database structure and security, and integration with third-party services (stripe for payments). What's included
Bubble app
The app will be built on the bubble platform under the developer's account. Depending on the scale of the scope, the live version of the app will be updated based on the timeline defined in the scope document. This would be intended for testing and debugging of scope milestones during the development phase before final hand-off once the app is complete.
Scope document
A complete scope document detailing the pages, features, and flows of the webapp. It will be the reference material used for building, testing, and final delivery. This will be the starting point before building of the app begins. It will also be used to document other material, such as future functions or other notes. This document will be hosted online to remain accessible at anytime by all parties.
User guide
A guide for using the app will be provided, detailing the steps app users must take in order to use the app successfully. It can be one or more documents that coincides with the scope's milestones. It will be hosted online to remain accessible anytime by all parties.

The cost will be fixed and based on its size. The cost includes documentation (scope, user guide), development time, testing time, debugging time.
