How long does the design process typically take?
Most mobile app design projects are completed in 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity. For simpler apps or MVP designs, timelines can be as short as 1-2 weeks. If you need expedited delivery, we can discuss accelerated timelines during our kickoff call based on your project scope and my availability.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Every project starts at a different place. Some clients come with detailed documentation, wireframes, and reference materials—others just have a great idea and a vision. Wherever you're starting from, I'll guide you through the process. We'll kick off with a discovery call to align on goals, users, and success metrics.
How many revisions are included?
I provide up to 3 revision rounds after major milestones (wireframes, high-fidelity design, and final prototype). Throughout the process, your feedback is valued and encouraged—collaboration is key to creating the right solution. Minor tweaks within 2 weeks of final delivery are complimentary.
How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?
For general communication, we can use Telegram, WhatsApp, or Slack. For revision rounds, we can work with Google Meet/Zoom.
Can you help with design systems and scalability?
Absolutely. I specialize in creating scalable design systems that grow with your product. Every project includes a component library with reusable elements, ensuring consistency and making future updates efficient, whether you're adding features in 3 months or 3 years.
Do you work with development teams?
Yes. I provide comprehensive developer handoff packages including organized Figma files, design specifications, exported assets, annotations, and interaction details. I'm also happy to join kickoff calls or answer questions during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
What if I need updates after the project is complete?
I'm available for ongoing support and updates. Whether you need new features, additional screens, or design refinements, feel free to reach out. Post-project updates are handled at my current hourly rate or through a retainer arrangement for continuous collaboration.
