• What’s included in the kickoff discovery session?

  In this 90-minute session, we’ll discuss your current content workflow, any challenges you're facing, and your goals. We’ll also identify pain points and brainstorm the best content system to fit your needs.

• How is the Notion system customized for my business?

  The system is fully tailored to your unique content needs. It includes a content ideas board, a structured calendar, reusable social media post templates, a drafts & asset library, and an analytics dashboard to track your content’s performance. Other features that must be included will be discussed in our discovery session.

• How long does it take to complete the Notion setup?

  The full setup takes about 3 weeks. You’ll have the custom system built, a midway review for feedback, and a wrap-up training session to ensure you’re confident using it.

• What happens during the review and refinement week?

  We’ll review your workspace on a call, scheduled at the beginning of the week, and ensure the system aligns with your goals and needs. The rest of the week is used to make any necessary refinements to your new workspace.

• Will I be able to make changes to the system after it's built?

  Yes! The system is designed to be flexible, so you can make changes as your content needs evolve. You’ll be trained on how to update and manage the system yourself.

• Do I need any prior experience with Notion to use the system?

  No experience is required. I’ll provide a full training session and a recording, so you’ll feel confident navigating and using the system, even if you're new to Notion.

• What support will I have after the project is completed?

  You’ll receive post-launch support via email for any questions or adjustments. Additionally, I offer a recorded training session so you can revisit it whenever needed.
