Clean, consistent data with a result you can check. I process one supplied UTF-8 CSV or flat JSON array of objects, up to 1 MiB, 1,000 rows and 20 columns.
Included operations
Trim agreed text fields; filter rows by an exact equality, inequality or non-empty rule; remove exact duplicates using your specified keys and first/last retention rule; rename agreed columns; export CSV or JSON. IDs and leading zeroes remain text. Explicit, lossless numeric or boolean conversion is available only with JSON output and agreed rules.
Deliverables
The cleaned CSV or JSON file and a separate verification report. Independent QA checks the agreed structure, exact values, row counts, duplicate retention, types, UTF-8 encoding, data preservation and SHA-256. Formula-like content needs prior review and an agreed safe JSON path; formulas are never executed.
Before work starts
Provide one non-sensitive file or sample, its format and size, columns, transformation rules, exact duplicate keys and retention rule, desired output format, an expected output example and acceptance checks. Flat JSON cells must be strings, finite numbers or booleans, with no null or nested cells. Confirm your right to process the data and permission for AI-assisted tools. Indicative turnaround is 2 calendar days after the complete input, scope and price are confirmed. The final deadline and any correction allowance are agreed before work starts.
Scope limits
No Excel/XLSX or formulas, joins or fuzzy matching, OCR/PDF, web scraping, research or enrichment, Google Sheets/CRM writes, sensitive data, or work without a supplied input. I do not accept orders that prohibit AI-assisted processing and do not promise human/manual-only work.
FAQ
Will you use AI? Only with your permission. File transformations are deterministic and receive separate verification.
Can you merge similar names? Only exact duplicate keys are included; fuzzy matching and joins are outside this service.
What does a correction cover? A correction against the original agreed input and rules. Extra data or changed rules require a new quote.
