Process

Content Intake & Review You’ll share your internal documents (PDFs, Word files, Notion pages, etc.). I’ll assess the structure, quality, and content types.
Knowledge Preparation & Formatting I’ll clean and organize the content to ensure it’s ready for embedding—removing noise, fixing structure, and making it GPT-ready.
Embedding & Vector Storage Setup Your documents are embedded using a vector database like Pinecone or Weaviate—enabling accurate, context-aware document retrieval.
Chatbot Design & Integration Using Voiceflow, I’ll design a clean, user-friendly interface that connects to the GPT backend and your embedded knowledge base.
Deployment & Access Setup You’ll get a shareable chatbot link or embeddable widget, plus instructions for internal deployment (Slack, intranet, etc.).
Walkthrough & Handover We’ll do a final walk-through and I’ll provide a guide so your team can update the bot’s knowledge anytime.
