What’s included from start to launch?

Can you match a required stack (React, Next.js, Node, SQL, Python...)?
Yes. If the stack is required, we follow it. If not, we propose the fastest safe path.
Do you include integrations (payments, email, SMS, analytics)?
Yes — typically up to 2 standard integrations for v1. We confirm the exact list during scope lock.
Do you include queues / batch processing patterns?
Yes, when your use case needs it (campaign sending, heavy workflows, background jobs).
How do you handle scope changes?
Weekly demos. New ideas either replace something in v1, or move to Phase 2 to protect timeline and budget.
How do iterations/revisions work?
We review progress in weekly demos (or async check-ins). You send one consolidated feedback list per cycle; we implement within scope. Anything that expands scope becomes Phase 2.
Can you deliver faster than 4 weeks?
Yes. Express delivery is available: 3 weeks (+20%) for a focused MVP scope with fast feedback. If your scope is larger, we’ll ship MVP v1 first and move the rest to Phase 2.
What happens after MVP launch?
We can extend into Full Product / Scale, or run ongoing improvements as a monthly plan. On Contra, that can be structured via invoice billing (fixed or hourly, weekly or monthly).
Can you also build mobile?
Yes, typically Phase 2 once web MVP is validated.
How does payment work on Contra?
Most clients choose either a fixed project price or milestones. After launch, ongoing improvements can also be handled via invoice billing if needed.

A tight v1 scope (roles, core flows, success criteria), data model, and delivery plan. I lead scope lock with you, then we execute fast on a clean foundation.
Production-Ready MVP (Front + Back + Data)
A real web app: authentication, core features, database, admin basics, and the key user flows needed to validate quickly. Integrations included when relevant (payments, email, SMS, analytics). Includes up to 2 standard third-party integrations for v1 (e.g., Stripe + email). Additional integrations are scoped as Phase 2 or an extra milestone.
Deployment + Reliability Baseline + Handoff
Staging/production setup, automated deployments, logging/error tracking, clear documentation (setup, deployment, architecture overview), plus a short handover walkthrough and a post-launch bug-fix window.
