• What is Design Support, and How Does it Work?

• How do I know how many hours I’ll need?

  We’ll discuss your design needs during the discovery call to determine the right number of hours to keep your project running smoothly.

• What types of design work are included in the service?

  Social media graphics, marketing flyers, digital ads, website banners, business collateral, merchandise design, and more—excluding presentation design and infographics. If you need a rebrand or a website design service, this will NOT be included in this service as we have a separate service to get those done for you!

• What if I need more design work than the hours I’ve selected?

  I’ll continue working on overage hours, and you’ll receive a separate invoice for any additional time at the end of the project.

• How do you ensure all designs stay consistent with my branding?

  I always refer to your brand guidelines and previous work to ensure all designs align with your brand’s style and tone.

• Will I be charged extra for any overage hours?

  Yes, any work beyond your selected hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate and invoiced at the end of the project.

• Can I request revisions to the designs?

  Yes, I offer 2-3 rounds of revisions for each design asset to ensure that the final result aligns perfectly with your vision.

• What’s the turnaround time for design requests?

  Typically, I aim for a 1-3 day turnaround, depending on the complexity of the request and the number of hours booked. The larger the project, the longer the turnaround time and I'll always give you an estimated time of completion for those.

• Is this design service available on a monthly/ hourly/ project-based billing?

  I am flexible in terms of pricing models. Whether you're looking for a monthly retainer, hourly, or project-based fee, I'm open to discussing and tailoring a pricing structure that aligns with your specific needs.
