Audience analysis
Who better to speak to than your current or potential users? In this section, we map the solutions your product or service provides to find and target the people you want to be in front of. This includes persona mapping, customer journey & painpoint discovery.
Competitive landscape analysis
Conducting a competitor analysis with both direct and indirect competitors to find unique opportunities and identify differentiators.
Testing
Once we've identified the audience and got a clear vision on how to proceed, I'll create mid-high fidelity designs to put in front of users to test and see how they work and if there are any iterative improvements to be made.
Agreement on design direction
Following testing, we'll agree on the final designs based on findings and direction with 3 rounds of revision.
Design polish & handoff
All designs dev-ready delivered along with post-delivery support.
