  • How will my data be stored if I chose to continue with a different provider or only required this stage?

    I retain client data for a maximum of 5 months after the completion of the project, in case you need to hire me for additional work on the same project in the future. The data is stored securely in Google Drive and will be permanently deleted after 5 months. If you would like me to dispose of your data sooner or have specific data retention requirements, please let me know and I will accommodate your request. I take data security and privacy seriously and adhere to best practices for data protection.

  • How do you ensure that the objectives and goals established in Stage 1 align with the overall project vision?

    While being on the 'full service' or 'mix of stages, version 1' this stage of the project is essential to move into the next stages and parts of the design, always being approved by you first. The objectives and goals are established and I'd be constantly working on meeting your objectives based on the research and creation of continuous stages.

    During Stage 1: Pre-Design Research, there is a built-in flexibility to adjust the research plan as we uncover new insights or receive feedback. This adaptability is confined to the duration of Stage 1. Should new information emerge or additional adjustments be needed after the completion of this stage, and you've engaged this stage as a standalone service, re-engaging my services might be necessary to specifically address these new insights. When we are working with a combination of stages (Mix of stages, version 1), the scope for making adjustments is broader. If we're in a multi-stage engagement, we can integrate changes within the hired time frame across the different stages, offering more flexibility. In the context of the full-service option, where all stages are interconnected, our ability to incorporate changes will depend on the progress and specific phase of the project. Early stages offer more leeway for adjustments, whereas later stages may have constraints due to the foundational work already laid out.
