I will insert my revisions and changes as English (or German) comments, graphic markups etc. into your PDF file as per your instructions or in my own preferred comprehensive way, so your graphic designer/DTP supplier can easily implement the changes needed into the final file (they don't even have to know German since I will phrase the changes needed in a simple, comprehensive)

Steps:

1. You will send me the final file in PDF format

2. I will insert my markups and changes as comments in Adobe Acrobat and send the file back to you

3. You will check the changes and ask me if any questions come up

4. You will send the annotated PDF file to your DTP supplier/graphic designer or implement the changes yourself in your DTP application

5. You send the final file back to me

6. I will do a 2nd check if all comments have been implemented correctly and will add further comments, if anything has been overlooked

7. I will send the final file back to you

8. You are ready to send the file to be printed and/or published
