• How long does the website revamping process typically take?

  The timeline for revamping a website varies depending on factors such as the complexity of the project, the extent of changes required, and client feedback and approval timelines. We work closely with our clients to establish realistic timelines and ensure timely completion of the project.

• Will my website experience downtime during the revamping process?

  I strive to minimize downtime during the revamping process by implementing strategies such as staging environments and seamless deployment procedures. I work diligently to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to your website's availability.

• Do I need to provide content for the revamped website?

  You won't need to make changes if you don't need to. We can use your existing content. If you wish, you can make amendments to your existing content and / or add new content where required. We have a smooth process for handling these changes.

• What if I'm not satisfied with the initial design proof?

  Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the initial design proof, we encourage open communication and feedback to make revisions until we achieve a design that aligns with your vision and goals for the website.

• What else will I need to provide

  Throughout the project, I will request information required to create a professional and engaging website. I may require information on your current brand or your products / services.

• Who will own the finish website

  You will own your website and have the ultimate authority over it. I will simply provide you with guidance, advice and your options when we look at any aspect of your website. You will be provided with a digital copy of your website.

• Do I need hosting?

  Every website needs to be hosted. We will discuss this with you during the initial consultations. I can host this site for you or you host it yourself and I assist you with the process. Hosting and maintenance - paid me separately if required or host yourself. Please note if you host your self, you will need to pay for any licenses, backup and restore systems. If we host it, we take care of everything for you. Includes WordPress system with Elementor page builder - if you host and maintain this yourself, you will need to connect a license. I will assist you with this and may be able to get you a discount on the license which will cost you around $5 per month

• What is the price for revamping my website

  The price depends on the size of the website, the system, page number and other factors involved, such as functionality. I always estimate the hours a project will take to complete and this will then allow me to provide an estimated price.

• Will my new website be optimized for search engines (SEO)?

  Every website has a basic level of SEO built in. SEO is a complex and large subject. You can add a specific SEO contract to your project, this allows us to spend more time each month constantly working on SEO.
