Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Gather client feedback through surveys, interviews, or other methods. Leverage positive client experiences to build case studies or testimonials. Encourage client advocacy and referrals. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition efforts.
