You will receive right away an email explaining the next step and how to work together.
Step purpose: Have a clear idea of the workflow.
Step 2: Understanding your brand
In this step, we will have a call to discuss your brand services/products and the prerequisites mentioned before. Besides, what tone of voice are you looking for for the captions and content in general, what content do you feel comfortable with (in case you appear in videos), references, what to avoid, etc.
Step purpose: Based on this I can create a mood board for the content and craft ideas that will be aligned with what we previously discussed.
Step 3: Letโ€™s go for it! ๐ŸŸข
In this step, I will start with the creation of the framework: conceptualizing the content, planning a timeline, checking the workflow, and revising and editing the content.

  • Does this service include community management?

    No. Community management is a different service. Although I do include Engagement for the Premium Package to boost a positive relationship.

  • What is the difference between Community Management and Engagement that you offer?

    The community management is a constant and deeper communication with your community, like listening attentively to their needs, fostering meaningful interactions, and addressing concerns promptly. Here we want to cultivate a supportive and engaging environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Engagement on the other side, is a soft wink to your community to let them know you are present. But will not go deep to build a relationship, nor reply to all comments or DM's like a Community Manager would.
