Summary

I craft tailored marketing strategies for websites, emails, social media, and more helping nonprofits and small businesses maximize their growth potential. After our initial call, you'll receive a customized strategy package that fits your specific needs. This can include but it not limited to brand identity discovery session(s), a brand guide or full packet, content calendar templates or creation, trending dates calendar and suggestions, analytical tracking, and more.

Process

Discovery Session: We'll start with a 1-2 hour call or in-person meeting to discuss the goals of the agency and project, the platforms you'd like to include, audience targeting per platform, and agency events that need to be included in the plan.
Building Your Plan: I'll then get started with the building your customized plan.
Plan Meeting/Revisions: We'll then set a time for another call to go over the strategy plan and make revisions (up to 2 revision sessions) as needed.

  • How long does the process take?

    Once we have the discovery meeting complete, building the plan can take 4-6 weeks (with some deliverables being able to be handed over sooner based on timeline of implementation).

    We'll create a brand style sheet (or more in-depth packet) and/or evaluate your current one to ensure we have a clear message for your business to build a complete strategy.

  • Content Calendar

    1, 3, 6, or 12-month content calendar creation for use of the marketing team to implement for social media, email, website content, and more.

  • Trending Dates Calendar

    Annual calendar of trending local, national, and worldwide dates that align with your agency's mission and vision to help guide content creation.

  • Analytics Template

    Template creation for tracking social media, website, and/or email metrics (number of metrics to be determined in Discovery Session).
