Process

Let's start with a personalized questionnaire about your brand. You'll get to answer a bunch of questions to provide me with context for our collaboration, such as:
If you're an emerging company, which brands' messaging and values align with yours? Who are your e-commerce heroes?
Explain your brand and product/service in a paragraph. Now in a few sentences. Now in one sentence. Any hesitancy? Did you trip up in your explanation?
Where are you in your brand journey? Are you about to launch your brand and line of products/services? If you're a company with an established audience, how can I help you level up? Do you have a product launch on the horizon?
Next, I'll deep-dive into your answers and:
Analyze your competitors. How do you stand out? What can you build on from their success?
Investigate your aspirational brands. This helps me understand the strategy that resonates best with you. Once again, how can we leverage what they've built?
Audit your copy (if any exists).
Examine your SEO and website content/flow.
This isn't about finding your weaknesses. It's about unearthing your strengths.
