Process
First Date: Brand Clarity Session
Once we match, I want to ensure that I understand your brand inside out, so we will meet digitally to chat about the project and process. You will be onboarded to my intuitive and easy-to-use project management tool in Notion, where you will respond a quick questionnaire about your business that will help us properly align our visions and set the tone for the next creative steps 🔍
At this point, I will identify if your project already has a solid brand vision or if it needs a bit of extra-work on the core of the brand and the strategic foundation on which the brand visual identity will be built.
Second Date: Creative Direction
You will receive a moodboard with different design style options with a clear direction to choose from. After putting the foundation in place, I will move forward with a direction, refining it to perfectly match the brief. It's time now to get down to it and get creatives 🔥
The Proposal: Brand presentation
Based on the chosen direction, you will receive an initial design concept with its info and brand story ✨ 2 revisions will be provided to rework or settle the concept, adjusting details to the relevant suggestions. Then I will prepare the deliverables of our engagement.

FAQs
Can I request more assets to the deliverables?
Of course you can. I will assess what extra assets you need for an additional fee. I invite you to discover other services of mine that offer a more complete development of the visual identity where the materials you need may already be included. We can also create a beautiful website as the finishing touch. Contact me for more info.
How long does it take to deliver usually?
It depends on whether the client has required extra revision and modifications after the presentation of the concept, but in normal cases where understanding is quick and adequate feedback has been provided in time, it would not take more than 2-3 weeks to be completed.
What happens if I am not convinced of the proposal?
What would happen is that I would continue reworking the proposal until we found the key! The first phase in which we delve into the brief and choose between different examples of design styles serves precisely to limit and ensure the success of the creative path that we end up working on. However, this package includes a free review in which we can continue working and adjusting the proposal to your needs.
How do payments work?
I take 50% up front as a commitment to the project and to ensure that I have all the resources necessary for the success of the project. The remaining 50% is paid upon approval of the design and delivery of the files.
Do we provide post-work support?
Yes, I offer 3 months support to help using the brand properly. You can write me back if you have any question regarding our work together or if you are having difficulty in implementing some of the elements.

Project Management Portal
You will get a personalized and easy-to-use project portal (in Notion), where you will find a quick questionnaire about your business that will help us properly align our visions. This management tool will help you to track the progress, give your feedback, send and receive files, and more.
Brand Clarity Brief Session
You will get a quick questionnaire about your business that will help us properly align our visions and set the tone for the next creative steps. If your project doesn't have a solid brand vision yet, we will have a brief strategy reboot to work on the core of the brand and set the strategic foundation on which the brand visual identity will be built.
Creative Direction Brainstorming
You will receive a personalized file with different design style options with a clear direction to choose from (according to brief). After putting the foundation in place, we’ll move forward with a direction, refining it to perfectly match the brief.
Brand presentation
Based on the chosen direction, you will receive an initial design concept with its details and brand story.
Logo Suite
Logo (primary and secondary) and icons, with different formats to use (.png images, vectors .eps & .svgs, PDFs).
Color Palette
2 Personalized color palette options to choose from. The color system includes your brand colors + the digital and print values.
Typography
We provide fonts (free or paid) to use. If a paid version is proposed, a similar free option will also be provided. All of these, with their corresponding link to download and/or purchase.
3D Mockups
Product mockups to showcase your brand.
Brand Guidelines
Brand Book that englobes the visual identity, helping you to properly use your logos, colour palette, fonts and assets.
Moodboard
A visual moodboard to capture and communicate the desired aesthetic, style, and overall vibe of the brand.
2 Revisions
Two revisions will be provided to rework or settle the concept, adjusting details to the relevant suggestions. Extra revisions can be discussed at an hourly rate fee.
