As an experienced Agile Project Manager and Product Owner, I can support the team by organizing and consistently grooming the product backlog. Based on this backlog, a prioritized sprint backlog will be created.
As a Product Owner, I'm solely responsible for making sure that the team has everything they need to start working on the development of a new feature that's in scope - including interfacing with key stakeholders and the designers to provide clarifications whenever needed.
Additionally, as the Product Owner, I take feature requests from the client and break them down into business requirements and deliverable chunks of development in the form of user stories which I fully discuss, clarify and estimate with the dev team.
