I think I have a productivity problem. I compartmentalise my day and tasks as if I'm running out of time (we all are, aren't we?). The benefit of this productivity problem is excellent time-keeping and improbably high standards. The quality and efficiency of my copywriting is as high as you can expect of someone with the same 24 hours each day as you.

If I'm given a brief, I'll read it through a couple of times to let the themes and expectations marinate. Then I'll search the title into google to see which sites rank highly. This also helps in establishing which points are essential to include and how we can provide unique, beneficial information to the reader/audience. Then I'll check Google keyword planner or Ubersuggest to find the appropriate keywords.

If the client asks for an AI-assisted article, I'll then work with the specified AI to craft a unique outline and I'll work closely to build out each section carefully, ensuring that there is enough of the client's tone/style woven through so as not to sound AI-generated.

If it's an AI-free piece, I'll create my own quick outline before writing each chapter/listicle/paragraph in the client's tone of voice. Once I have my first draft, I'll ensure the keywords are scattered throughout as naturally as possible. Finally, I write the meta-description.
