Process

Discovery Call: In this first meeting, we'll discuss and note down your project needs, goals and expectations.
UX Research: Here I delve into your industry landscape to understand what works well for your competitors and what your target audience prefers. This enables me to make an action plan about how to approach your design.
Concept Creation (Wireframes): I design the first draft of the interface and structure for the 3 main pages of your website (on desktop and mobile) - which will be tweaked and finalized based on your suggestions and feedback. Then we finish the rest of the pages and test it all out with a simple prototype to feel the whole flow of the website.
Hi-FI Design: At this stage, I design a fully complete website design with all the branding colors, typography, and graphics - offering a hands-on preview of the final product.
Design System: After finalizing and finishing the whole design, I prepare the design system with all the components/variants, color styles, and text styles.
Hand-off: This is the delivery phase where we hand over the final design and all necessary assets, materials, and specs to your marketing and development team.

  • Is there a limit on how many changes I can request?

    No, feel free to give me your thoughts in order for me to tweak the design towards your true taste and needs, in order for the final product to fulfil your overall goal for the website.

  • Do you offer website development as well?

    No.

  • What do I need to provide?

    I will require all your branding collaterals (logos, colors, fonts, images) during the design stage. Aside from the branding, I will of course need the website's page content written out. Some clients find it easier to provide an A4 page with the text about each section of each page - in the style of bullets and sub-bullets.

  • Hi-Fi Designs

    High-fidelity mockups of the website's visual elements, including the brand's color palette, typography, and graphics.

  • Design System and Style Elements in Figma

    To ensure the website is implemented successfully, looking as closely as possible to the original design - you will get a fully complete design system/library in FIgma with all the components and variants, ready for the developers.

  • Dev Specifications

    Detailed instructions for developers on how to implement the design and specific interactive motions and animations into the website.
