About this service

Summary

Are you ready to share your message and transform lives? I specialize in turning your ideas into a compelling, research-backed, and inspiring eBook that speaks directly to your target audience.
My approach is flexible—I naturally write as a discovery writer, allowing ideas to develop organically, but I also provide structured outlines to ensure clarity and focus. If you have a preferred structure or an existing outline, I’ll refine and expand on it. Otherwise, I’ll craft a solid outline based on your input before beginning the writing process.
With a focus on self-help, motivation, and spiritual development (plus other genres), I deliver engaging, original content that empowers your readers and achieves your vision.

Process

Discovery & Kickoff
We begin with an in-depth conversation and a brief questionnaire to capture your vision, key themes, target audience, and any specific ideas you have. (Email/Messenger/Or Virtual meeting)
If you have an outline or existing materials, you can share them at this stage.
If not, I will draft an initial outline for your approval before writing begins.
I’ll conduct surface-level research (easily accessible online sources) to gather key details that strengthen the book’s foundation.
Book Brief & Outline Development (Milestone 1)
I’ll create a concise Book Brief, summarizing the key themes, tone, and structure of your book. Alongside this, I’ll craft a detailed outline (unless you already have one). The outline ensures clarity and allows for early adjustments.
Early Draft Delivery (~10,000-12,500 words) (Milestone 2)
Once about 25% of the book is written, I’ll send you a partial draft to review. This portion will establish the book’s structure, tone, and content flow.
You'll provide feedback, ensuring we’re aligned before moving forward.
Any structural refinements will be made based on your insights.
Mid-Draft Development (~20,000-25,000 words) (Milestone 3)
I’ll continue writing, incorporating feedback from the early draft. At this midway point, I’ll send another draft for your review.
This ensures the book maintains consistency and meets your vision.
You’ll have another opportunity to provide feedback before I complete the manuscript.
First Draft Completion (~40,000-50,000 words) (Milestone 4)
I’ll complete the full manuscript, ensuring it aligns with the goals and outline established earlier.
At this stage, the book is fully written but not yet refined—this step ensures we meet the agreed-upon structure before final edits.
Editing & Refinement (Milestone 5)
Before you receive the book for final review, I’ll conduct an in-depth self-edit, focusing on clarity, flow, and consistency. This ensures a smooth reading experience.
Client Review & Feedback (Milestone 6)
You’ll receive the full manuscript for review. At this point:
You can provide content feedback and request adjustments.
If there are sections that need improvement, I’ll refine them based on your notes.
Final Review & Delivery (Milestone 7)
I’ll incorporate your final content feedback (no inline comments from me at this stage). Once refinements are made, I’ll deliver the final version in your preferred format (Word or PDF).
After-Action Review / Denouement (Optional)
A final wrap-up session where we:
Reflect on the process and discuss potential next steps.
Identify ways to make future collaborations even smoother.
Celebrate the completion of your book! 🎉
