7 WEEKS · 5 STAGES · 5 MEETINGS
01 · Discovery Workshop meeting (25 min). You'll complete a strategic brief and we'll meet to map out the foundations of your brand. → Delivery: Brand Brief (24 hrs to complete)
02 · Strategy + Concept Validation meeting · Deep dive into brand pillars (35 min). → Delivery: Deep Strategic Diagnosis + Brand Platform (purpose, mission, vision, core concepts, values, value prop, buyer persona, competition analysis, archetype, tone of voice) + Brand Concept (2 visual directions with moodboard, color palette and typography)
03 · Visual Exploration Validation meeting · Choose direction (35 min). → Delivery: Brand Proposal (defined visual direction, moodboard, concept) + 2 Visual Identity paths (principal logo, secondary logo/symbol, 3 graphic references, moodboard, color palette, typography, sensations, 5 brand applications with key message, tagline and guiding phrases)
04 · Visual | Verbal Identity Review meeting (35 min · includes 2 deep iteration rounds). Refinement and build-out of the chosen direction into a full system. The extra time in this stage allows for deeper iteration without compromising the timeline. → Delivery: Deep Brandbook (visual direction, color codes and proportions, tone of voice, logo system, planimetric area, minimum size, applications, typography)
05 · Delivery Final meeting · Brandbook walkthrough (45 min). → Delivery: Final Files (PDF, Figma or .ai, hex/rgb, svg, typography) + Brandboard + complete handoff.
