🔍Deep Strategic Brief | Strategic Diagnosis and Alignment Document
As a starting point, we need to develop a clear understanding of the brand by defining the brand context, outlining the ideal customer through a synthetic hypothesis, identifying the main brand problem, uncovering the basic positioning opportunity, conducting an express market analysis, assessing key risks, and distilling key insights—what hurts, what drives, and what differentiates the brand. (9 days)
🔑Brand Platform
Only once we are aligned on the overall understanding do we move into ideation—defining the brand’s purpose, mission, vision, and values (explained, not just listed), shaping the value proposition, establishing the positioning—where the brand will compete—defining the brand personality, who we are and who we are for, and setting the general tone of voice that guides how the brand speaks. (1 week)
🎨Creative Direction (1 revision available)
Once we have approval on this stage, we move into the fun part—developing a central concept built around one strong idea, exploring the conceptual territory through two moodboard proposals with distinct visual styles, including preliminary color palettes, tentative typography, graphic and visual references, and defined emotional cues, and clearly establishing what the brand is and what it is not. (1 week)
đź’ˇVisual Identity System and Verbal Language (1 revision available)
Once the creative direction is defined, we move into execution—designing the main logo and its variations, establishing the final color palette and typography, developing graphic resources, creating application examples, and building the brand language system, including tone of voice, key messages, a tagline (if applicable), guiding phrases, and communication examples. (9 days)
📍Delivery
Final delivery includes a brand book / brand guidelines covering a summary of the strategy, the visual identity, and the brand language, along with clear guidelines on correct and incorrect usage. You will also receive a shared Drive folder containing all final files, including logos in SVG, PDF, PNG, and Adobe Illustrator formats, the complete color palette with HEX and RGB values, and the selected fonts (provided as links or files, depending on licensing permissions). (3 days)
