My editing process is divided into two steps: copy editing and line editing. Firstly, while reading through your manuscript, I will identify mistakes such as misspellings and grammar errors and suggest changes using the in-line editor. Then I will send you detailed feedback on what the overarching problems are in the novel, and help you find out how to fix them.
I work very fast, as I am a voracious reader, but the project timeline will vary depending on age range, genre and word count.

I will line edit your novel, making sure there no errors in grammar, syntax, etc. I will not manually change the word document, but I will make suggestions using the in-line editor.
Copy edit
I will read your novel and tell you the major logistical problems that have to be resolved. This will be in a detailed word document, and I will discuss with you what could be done to fix these problems.
